Our sparkling wine, Sette punto cinque, has a new identity.

Although Ticino is best known for its great red wines, we have taken up a new challenge to produce this elegant and vertical sparkling wine.

Winetasting

Lemon-green colour and a delicate and persistent mousse.

Strong on the nose with notes of green apple, peach and bread crust.

Straightforward and dry on the palate, it boasts good acidity and structure.

Food pairing

It is perfect for a lavish aperitif, canapés and shellfish and also with sushi.
